At Fellowmind, we have been working with license management for a long time, but it is an area that has grown significantly in the past year! We are now building a dedicated License Desk that helps our customers get the right licenses at the right level, with control, simplicity, and business value. As a License Administrator, you will be the hub of our CSP delivery and the one who makes complex licensing issues understandable in everyday life.

As a certified Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), we help customers consolidate license management, consulting, and support under one roof, with one point of contact, one invoice, and portal overview of licenses and costs.

Your tasks – what you drive and deliver

• Administer licenses within Microsoft CSP (Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform, Microsoft 365) and ensure that each license is truly used where it makes a difference.
• Daily license management in Fellowmind License Portal and Microsoft Partner Center – from ordering and activation to changes and follow-up.
• Provisioning and quality assurance: correct setup, rights, and changes for customer environments.
• Audit & optimization: conduct license audits, cost optimizations, and produce sharp license reports that serve as decision support.
• Advising our salespeople, project managers, and customers on license types, sizing, and policies. You connect license choices to business goals and security.
• Proactive market monitoring: keep track of licensing changes, price increases, and Microsoft's regulations (incl. NCE) and translate them into concrete recommendations.
• Risk management: identify and escalate license-related risks (compliance, incorrect billing, inadequate documentation) before they become problems.
• Building better ways of working: contribute to routines, processes, and automation around License Desk so that we become faster, clearer, and more scalable.

In your role, there is a strong focus on administration at first, but we see that over time you will be able to grow into a role where you also focus on license consulting. From optimization and contract structure to strategic recommendations on how licenses and services should be combined for maximum benefit. Our goal is always to make licenses easy to manage, easy to adjust, and cost-effective over time.

We believe you have

• Experience with Microsoft CSP or license management for Microsoft's cloud products.
• Good understanding of licenses belonging to Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 / Business Central, Power Platform, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with administration in Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra ID.
• Ability to interpret Microsoft's licensing rules, product terms, and commercial rules (NCE).

The practical

Start: As soon as possible, but we understand that you may have a notice period that needs to be considered.

Extent: Full-time, office hours, but we are very flexible here and assume it should work for all parties.

Location: At one of our offices in central Malmö or Gothenburg.
